HIKING: McKay Bay Nature Park

Description

This is a 38-acre nature preserve right next to McKay Bay in downtown Tampa. It has status as a national avian sanctuary and is the home to many species of bird. There are some short trails around the park and one 1.25 mile paved trail for hiking or biking.

Directions

Take I-275 South and merge onto I-4 East. Then take exit #1 for 22nd Street. Then make a left on E Adamo Drive. Turn right on 34th Street. Park will be on your immediate left right.
